Building a Human-Centred Organization: Culture, Compliance, and Trust
Course Overview
Building a Human-Centred Organization: Culture, Compliance, and Trust
Today’s leaders have many responsibilities — ethical, organizational, and legal — to build organizations that are equitable, safe, and accountable. Many believe they are meeting those responsibilities because they have a workplace violence and harassment policy, a code of conduct, or a training program. These measures are important. They do not, on their own, address the full range of experiences that influence how people feel, how they are treated, and whether they can raise concerns and be heard.
Most organizations have a workplace violence and harassment policy. It serves a specific and important purpose: worker safety and incident reporting. It was not designed to address the broader range of conduct and conditions that erode trust, undermine psychological safety, and prevent people from doing their best work. A workplace violence and harassment policy is necessary. It is not sufficient.
Building a human-centred organization requires leaders to build the systems, policies, practices, and behaviours that create the conditions for people to thrive — and to do so in a way that strengthens organizational performance, trust, and long-term resilience.
A live professional development session for leaders who want to strengthen organizational culture through sound governance, policy, and leadership practices.

Course Overview
“Mante is a phenomenal facilitator and teacher. She offered a way of framing difficult conversations that is respectful, impact focused, acknowledges harm and ensures there is accountability. Her teaching examples were wide ranging which is a product of her vast professional experiences as a lawyer, former public servant, board member and community leader. I look forward to learning from Mante again and would recommend that all leaders, regardless of level in the organization, participate in her training.”
