With a PhD in Social Justice Education and extensive experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) consulting, Moyo supports organizations and teams in building cultures of belonging through team training and leadership coaching in anti-racism, equity, and inclusion. To help sustain these cultures, he also works with teams to design restorative policies and conflict-resolution processes that are responsive and community-centered.
As a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) and experienced conflict transformation coach, Moyo supports individuals and groups in moving through tension with curiosity, care, and clarity—whether in workplace disputes, leadership challenges, or deeply personal experiences of disconnection. His approach draws from clinical training in psychotherapy, a strong foundation in EDI work, and decades of community organizing. He weaves together insights from mental health, neuroscience, restorative justice, and trauma-informed care to help people understand the emotional roots of conflict and build the capacity to move through it with integrity.

Dr. Zellars' research has had significant national impact. She was the inaugural Jocelyne Bourgon Visiting Fellow at the Canada School of Public Service, where she conducted landmark research on merit, institutional design, and the historical exclusion of Black Canadians from federal leadership. She is also the lead author of a seminal national project, “The Study on the Black Executive Community in Federal Public Service,” research that has directly informed national conversations in Canada on leadership and the design of workplace accountability systems, and informed senior-level policy responses to systemic anti-Black racism and leadership inequities within the government.
Her multi year research agenda examines federal recourse mechanisms—including grievance processes, harassment and violence procedures, and integrity systems—revealing how governance frameworks can unintentionally impose disproportionate burdens on racialized public servants. Her work offers clear, evidence based insights for strengthening procedural fairness, organizational trust, and governance effectiveness across complex institutions.
As a consultant, Dr. Zellars supports boards, executives, and public sector leaders in understanding the structural roots of organizational challenges and designing systems that embed accountability, psychological safety, and equity into decision making. Her approach brings together law, policy, organizational analysis, and historical insight to help leaders strengthen oversight, modernize governance frameworks, and support the development of strong organizational cultures.
An award winning educator, Dr. Zellars has been recognized for her excellence in teaching, research, and leadership, including the SMUSA Award for Overall Excellence in Education (2021), the Father William A. Stewart, SJ Medal for Excellence in Teaching (2025), and the Dr. Geraldine Thomas Educational Leadership Award (2025).
